Introduction:
international management and international trade expertise is becoming increasingly important. Employees are often sent abroad, where not only the professional, but are also exposed in the privacy of a foreign culture. Holzmüller Recalls, that is in demand at international companies in virtually all areas of international expertise; whether in an activity, directed outward – such as contact with alien cultural business partners – or an inward activity – and in daily cooperation with foreign cultural staff.
The identification of cultural differences between Croatia and Austria alone is due to the intense economic relations between the two countries is extremely important. Croatia is one of Austria's most important economic partner in South East Europe and occupies the first place in Austrian investment activities. It is likely, be that both the economic as well as the relations on a personal level between the two countries further strengthened in the future.
